Please leave a note with your name on and contact details in your parcel. You can add a detailed description of the blonde you desire and any additional requests in the notes as blondes can vary (dark blondes, ash blondes , warm blondes, silver blondes etc. A £10 deposit is taken initially and is then taken of your final price once the custom colour has been created and is ready to be sent to you. If you are planning to drop off your hair to me, please contact me beforehand. Once I receive your hair, you will be notified. Please allow 14 days for your custom colour to be created! It is ESSENTIAL that you ensure the hair you provide is good quality, as it needs to sustain the bleaching process without damaging the fibres. If I believe your hair is of low quality, unfortunately I will have to return it back to you :(. If you are unsure about where to purchase hair from, drop me a DM/Email and I will help you out!
