Can’t find the colour your looking for doll? No worries! We can organise a consultation through Dm or live chat and I can quote you a price! PLEASE READ DOLL: Please leave a note with your name on and contact details in your parcel. You can add a detailed description of the colour you desire and any additional requests in the notes. e.g ("a birthmark on the frontal"). There's a range of different colours to choose from, (warm tones, ashy tones etc.) So feel free to Email/DM me a picture of the look you're going for! A £10 deposit is taken initially and is then taken of your final price once the custom colour has been created and is ready to be sent to you. If you are planning to drop off your hair to me, please contact me beforehand. Once I receive your hair, you will be notified. Please allow 8-11 days for your custom colour to be created! It is ESSENTIAL that you ensure the hair you provide is good quality, as it needs to sustain the bleaching process without damaging the fibres. If I believe your hair is of low quality, unfortunately I will have to return it back to you :(. When achieving blonde highlights on 1B hair, your hair MUST be good quality or it will not lift and I can't held responsible for this. DELIVERY: FREE COLLECTION IS AVAILABLE.
