Please leave a note with your name on and contact details in your parcel. You can add a detailed description of the highlights you desire and any additional requests in the notes. e.g ("more dark tones"). There's a range of different highlighted looks to choose from, (warm tones, ashy tones,) So feel free to Email/DM me a picture of the look you're going for! A £10 deposit is taken initially and the remaining balance is taken once the custom colour has been created and is ready to be sent to you. If you are planning to drop off your hair to me, please contact me beforehand. Once I receive your hair, you will be notified. Please allow 14 working days for your custom colour to be created! It is ESSENTIAL that you ensure the hair you provide is good quality, as it needs to sustain the bleaching process without damaging the fibres. If I believe your hair is of low quality, unfortunately I will have to return it back to you :(. If you are unsure about where to purchase hair from, drop me a DM/Email and I will help you out!
